Flood relief funds....for the flood as well any other kind of natural disaster which may occur in future.
On the 09th April 2008 Omulunga radio will join other radio stations by conducting the ''Telethon" this is a way of raising money with the involvement of their listeners who will either call in or SMS and pledge your donation towards the relief fund that day.
So help your radio station by pledging any cent you have, so for us to be the radio station to collect more money than other stations Omulunga radio is relying on you...stay tuned to Omulunga radio for more details about this. s.

Every year in April the Germany people celebrate the harvest of the hobs which is used for brewing the beer. this harvest is a sign and a way of saying thanks so they choose a day to do so by drinking a beer as much as they can and have fun.....this is what they call Wika Carnival.
On the 12th April 2008, starting from the Rail way station into Banhof street then turn in Independence Avenue runs through the city centre up to the Circle at the Angolan embassy...Omulunga Radio has been part of this since it's inception in 2002 and this year it is no exemption....join u

Omulunga Radio can now be heard live on the internet world wide!! Internet users can now listen to their favorite station from anywhere in the world. All you have to do is click on the "tune in" button on top of this page and it will automaticaly open in Windows Media Player. Windows Media Player is need to be able to tune in.

The Namibian, FNB Namibia, Kudu FM, Omulunga Radio and Fresh FM, have joined hands to raise funds for the flood victims in the north.
The Fund will be known as The Namibia Disaster Relief Fund, which will be officially launched during the course of the next week.
